1/4 Beef Package

With the quarter beef package, you will receive around 110 to 120 lbs. of packaged product. It will include:

• 6 Tenderloin Filet Mignon 
• 6 Ribeye’s 
• 6 New York Strip 
• 6 Sirloin Steaks 
• 4 Flat Iron, OR Skirt, OR Flank Steaks (no guarantee of which ones)
• 1 Brisket (6-9 lbs.)
• 2 Sirloin tip roast (tri-tip), Bottom Round Roast, Rump Roast (2-3 lbs.)
  
• 2 Chuck Roast (2-3 lbs.)
• 6 bone-in short rib packs
• 4 packs of osso buco (Sliced shanks)
• 4 packs cube steak
• 4 packs kabob meat
• 4 packs stew meat
• 4 packs stir fry meat
• Ground beef (approximately 50 lbs. in 1 lb. packages)

There is no substitutions on 1/4 cow purchases. We process monthly, generally you will receive your meat within 4-6 weeks from ordering, sometimes we will have one in stock from the previous month that you can receive sooner. We will send you an email with specific details on when you can expect your order after you have placed the order and paid
