1/2 Beef Package

With the half beef package, you will receive between 210 to 240 lbs. of finished cut product. It will include:

• 12 Tenderloin Filet Mignon 
• 12 Ribeyes 
• 12 New York Strip 
• 12 Sirloin Steaks 
• 8 Flat Iron, OR Skirt, OR Flank Steaks (no guarantee of which ones)
• 4 Brisket (2-4 lbs.)
• 4 Sirloin tip roast (tri-tip), Bottom Round Roast, Rump Roast (2-3 lbs.)
• 4 Chuck Roast (2-3 lbs.)
• 12 bone-in short rib packs
• 8 packs of osso buco (Sliced shanks)
• 8 packs cube steak
• 8 packs kabob meat
• 8 packs stew meat
• 8 packs stir fry meat
• Ground beef (approximately 100 lbs. in 1 lb. packages)

There is no substitutions on 1/2 cow purchases. We process monthly, generally you will receive your meat 4- 6 weeks from the time you order. We will send you an email with specific details on when you can expect your order after you have placed the order and paid.
